Cancellation Policy
In the event that you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, Haevenly Hair charges a 50% cancellation fee for the entire service price. 25% of that cancellation fee may be credited to a reschedule appointment if cancelled the day before the scheduled appointment. 0% of the cancellation fee will be applied if canceled the day of apt or no call no show the appointment. If the reschedule appointment is canceled at any time the 25% credit will be processed and can not be used in any other appointment. In the event of two no-shows or two last-minute cancellations, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit towards your next appointment. This deposit will be requested at the time of booking.
